These are high intensity workouts. After graduating the P90X, Supreme 90, 30 Day Shred and many others, I created the following workouts for my own use. Eventually I got the bright idea to record them. I alternate them in with my other workout videos for variety, but they can stand alone as your sole workout program. Warning!! there are no sexy trainers, no encouraging coaches, and no popular music. Just me, a web cam, and free editing software. Did I mention this was free?
1) You will need a workout mat, a set of weights, a workout ball, and a pull up bar.
2) The workouts move fast with little or no rest breaks. So keep the pause button handy.
3) The workouts have as many exercises as the P90X, but move through them much faster. We are done in 30 minutes.
4) Again, these are free for you to use, so please don't write me complaining about low quality production About the videos
