I Am 25 Years Old and I Don't Know Where to Start
First things First
As I tell everyone who is just starting out, don't go out and buy P90X, Insanity, or these other hyped up videos. They are too much too fast for a beginner. It is a recipe for injury and burnout. Unless you are super excited about working out, I don't recommend even aspiring to do them. Even if you are wanting to do them, start with something easier first.
Where to Start
In my other posts, I promote starting on easy exercises videos and working your way up to the more challenging ones. This will not be the case for you, and I will tell you why. If you are in your 20's and healthy, you don't need to start with some super gentle workout that a senior citizen would start on. Furthermore, since you are not seeking to be an Olympic athlete, there is no need to aspire to the extreme workouts. You just want to be in shape. So we start in the middle and stay there. Don't let others push you to keep upping the game. If you do the programs below, you will be in shape and healthy. You don't have to keep moving forward. However, if you later chose to up your game, than by all means do so.
Which is the best workout video for me.
The best one is the one that you will keep doing. If you don't enjoy it (as much as anyone can enjoy sweating) you won't continue it. Thus it won't do you any good. So, don't get caught up in the hype of what is the best. That is just marketing and personal preference. So, I will list below several workouts that are good for a beginner at your age to start with. Some are free.

Choose from the following
1) Jillian 30 day shred: My personal favorite and it is on this website under free workouts.
2) Fitnessblender.com: It has great free beginner workouts, but you have to plan your own program.
3) PiYo: It is basically a yoga/pilates workout. Women seem to love it.
4) T25: This is the easier version of Inansity. Easier is a relative term.
5) Power90: This is made by the P90X folks. No weights are required.
