The 10 Week Total Transformation is a free workout series that will challenge anything you can buy from one of those TV advertised programs. It develops your upper body, legs, abs, and most definitely your cardio endurance. The program starts off somewhat beginner friendly, but by the end, you are sweating (oops, I mean "glistening" ) with the best of them. If you are looking for some high quality studio production, than this series isn't for you. However if you just want a serious "get in shape" workout with a quality trainer, you have come to the right place.
