Fitness Blender Workout Review
Fitness blender in an online website (see my free workouts page) that has just about everything you need to start working out. I first have to say, the site has hundreds of workout videos, so be advised I have not done them all. They have yoga, pilates, cardio, strength, core, HIIT Training, beginner workouts, 8 week programs, boot camps, and more. Their site really makes me feel ashamed of mine.
When you go to the site, the first thing you will see is a button that says, "Help me get started". If you click it, it will take you to a screen that allows you to surf through their workouts. They have filters that allow you to pick length of workout, type of workout, intensity level, beginner level etc. It is user friendly.
So, What are the workouts like?
With so many to choose from, it is hard to say. They can be relatively simple or extremely exhausting. I like to use their tabata workouts. Which will leave you knowing that you exercised that day The couple in the attached photo are in every video.
Pros
These workouts are free. They have options for the least in shape newbie to the most pyscho fitness nut. So you should be able to find what you need here. Also, with all the videos online, they work well when traveling. I often leave my equipment at home when I am on the road and just take my cell phone. I pull up one of their "no equipment necessary" videos and begin sweating.
Cons
Did I say this site was free? So it would just be rude to say cons, but here they are. The videos are professionally done, but not high energy like the P90X. No music, just the trainer doing the exercise with a voice over. Also, although the videos are free to search and watch, they make their money by selling the "programs". In other words, if you want a printout of what workouts to do in what order, that will cost. However, if you want to pick your own. It is the best game in town.
